a wonderful stay at a perfect hotel
helpful assistant concierge service checkout extension
i found eason a very kind hotel assistant. he brought my luggage without asking. he then guided me with all the necessary information, it was so helpful. the concierge service also assisted me well in receiving and retrieving my online purchases, it was great. they also extended my check out time.
the pillows were too soft for me. i needed to request another kind of pillow.

my room was very clean, spacious and comfortable with a king size bed. the bed was comfortable. the room included usb ports near the desk. i found a coffee machine with capsule coffee too.

the hotel's location is near a metro station, which i used. there is a starbucks cafe next to the hotel. i also found a 7-eleven convenience store very close. i could easily walk to shopping malls.

the breakfast buffet offered a decent range of choices. it included asian and western options. i liked that i could order eggs and noodle dishes made to order! there is also a rooftop bar and restaurant.

modern bathroom great temperature
The room was spacious. It included a modern bathroom and great facilities. Breakfast offered a variety of cuisines, mostly Asian. The pool opened early and had a great temperature.
The spa staff was hard to communicate with.
